Everything to know before you order.
Choose your cookies or a box, then your pickup day and time window, and confirm. You get a confirmation email, then you collect your order at the workshop.
During our pickup hours — Tuesday : 10:00–12:30 and 14:00–18:00 ; Wednesday – Friday : 10:00–18:00 ; Saturday : 09:00–16:00. The calendar only offers open days.
By 18:00 the day before at the latest. For large quantities or an event, let us know a few days ahead.
You pay when you collect your order. Nothing is charged online.
Not at the moment: we only offer pickup at the workshop.
Our boxes have a fixed selection. For a special request or a large quantity, write to us.
Our cookies are made in a workshop that uses common allergens (gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame). Each product page lists its allergens. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
Yes, until we start preparing it: open your order from the confirmation email (or your account) and tap “Cancel my order”. An order paid online is refunded. To change it, contact us as early as possible.
Of course. Add a gift message when you order; the gift box is made for giving.
Yes: we bake every day, without preservatives. Your cookies are made on the day of pickup or the day before, and are best within 3 to 5 days.
