Privacy policy

We only collect what we need to handle your orders and answer you:

• when you order: name, email, phone, pickup day, order contents and any gift message;
• if you create an account: name, email, phone and password (stored hashed, never in plain text);
• if you write to us: your name, email, optional phone and your message;
• technical data needed for the website to work (see the cookie policy).

No payment data is collected: you pay at pickup.

• to prepare and manage your orders and send related emails;
• to manage your account and order history;
• to answer your messages;
• to keep the website secure and working;
• to measure website traffic, only if you agree.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

To run the website we rely on technical providers that process some data on our behalf: website hosting, database (hosted in the European Union), email delivery, photo storage, error monitoring and, if you agree, traffic measurement (Google Analytics). Some of these providers may be located outside Switzerland.

Order data is kept as long as needed to handle the order and to meet legal obligations, including accounting. You can have your account deleted at any time by contacting us.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. To do so, write to us from the Contact page.

Traffic to the website is encrypted (HTTPS) and passwords are stored hashed. No system is infallible, so please use a password unique to this website.
