These terms apply to orders for cookies and boxes placed on this website for pickup at the Cookiedoo workshop. By placing an order, you accept them.

You choose your products and a pickup day and time window from those offered. Your order is recorded once confirmed on screen, and a confirmation email is sent to you.

The days offered depend on our opening hours, our production capacity and a cutoff time the day before. A full or closed day cannot be selected.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or in case of an obvious error; you will be informed.

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The price that applies is the one displayed when you order.

Nothing is charged online: you pay when you collect your order.

Your order is to be collected at the address shown, on the chosen day and within the chosen window. The address and opening hours are on the Contact page and in the confirmation email.

If you cannot make it, cancel your order while you still can (see below) or let us know as early as possible.

You can cancel your order yourself from its page (link in the confirmation email, or your account) until we start preparing it. An order paid online is then refunded in full.

Once preparation has started, the order can no longer be cancelled. To change it, contact us as early as possible.

Our products are made in a workshop that uses common allergens (gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame). Each product page lists its allergens, but we cannot rule out traces. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering.

The texts, photos and logos on this website belong to Cookiedoo and may not be reused without permission. Photos show products for illustration.

These terms may change. The version in force when you order is the one that applies.
